Q) Why are your products so AWESOME?

A) Our team spends hours on end researching and manufacturing only the best products for our customers.

Q) How long does shipping normally take?

A) In general, shipping will normally take 2-4 weeks after being processed (2-5 Days for processing). However, due to customs and point of destination shipping may be delayed. Delivery to some parts of the world take longer due to customs and conditions.  Please wait patiently and if you are concerned please email us and we will help you immediately. If you have any questions about shipping time do not hesitate to EMAIL US. If you have not received an order within 8 weeks please contact us and we will solve your issue immediately.

Q) Do you ship internationally?

A) YES! We ship worldwide 99% of the time, and guess what? It is always FREE.

Q) Can I track my order?

A) Yes, of course you can. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped! Of course, there are some rare cases where tracking numbers get forgotten by the carrier. However, if this happens don't worry we will make sure that you get your package no matter what:)

Q) What currency are your prices in?

A) Our prices are in your CHOSEN currency, however upon checkout currencies will be shown in USD. Do not worry, we ship WORLDWIDE and can process payments through (VISA, MASTERCARD, AM EXPRESS, PAYPAL, and more, ETC)

Q) Why did I receive my items separately?

A) If you ordered multiple items and only one came so far do not worry. We team up with manufacturers from all over the world to ensure that the quality of our product are the best.  Therefore, receiving your items separately is very common.

Q) What is your refund policy?

A) Here at KpopEssentials we believe that our products are so good that we offer a 30 day refund policy for all orders (excluding sale items). If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, simply contact us for return eligibility and instructions for a refund. Note: Refunds are only given for damaged or defective items. In order to be eligible, items must be unused and unopened.

Q) I ordered but have changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

A) You can only cancel an order if we have not started processing it! However, if you email us when your order is not processed yet we will gladly cancel your order.

Q) What about custom fees?

A) Custom fees are very rare but in the case where there are custom fees the customer will be responsible for them. However, this is extremely rare and has never happened yet:)
